New Boater Law
Beginning July 1, 2025, Minnesota boaters born after June 30, 2004 must have a boater permit or proof of passing the state-approved rental course before operating a motorboat or personal watercraft. The law expands to more age groups through 2028. Until then, those without a permit may still operate with a qualified 21+ operator on board. Learn more at the Minnesota DNR

How do I rent a pontoon?

What do I need to bring for a rental?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a watercraft operator’s permit, or proof of completing the Minnesota watercraft rental course, along with a credit card for the deposit. We’ll provide life jackets and a quick walkthrough before you head out.
Do you sell bait and tackle?
Sorry, no bait – just good times, smooth rides, and maybe a fish story or two.
Can I fuel up my boat at the marina?
Fuel is not available on-site, so we recommend filling up beforehand to enjoy a smooth day on the water.
Are pets allowed on rental boats?
We love pets, but for the comfort and safety of all guests, they are not allowed on pontoon rentals.
Do you offer seasonal slip rentals?
We sure do. Our seasonal slips fill up fast, so be sure to reach out early to lock in your spot for the season.
